I recently had a consult at an orthodontist’s office and they quoted me 5-6 g’s. I can’t afford this is anyone aware of any insurance companies that cover orthodontic work? I do not have employer coverage for any benefits. I’ve been reading the dental section for a few months now, and it seems most people assume Invisalign costs more – maybe double – what traditional braces cost. I’ve just attended a national meeting of Invisalign dentists and none of them charge more. Where does this idea come from? Are orthodontists charging more for Invisalign? All places, even dentists offices can do it, a few places I know of are Grand Dental in Franklin Park, Dr. Kevin McCoy in the city, or Glen Ganser in Elmwood Park. Be prepared to shell out at least $7K. This is great for straightening, not aligning or moving of the jaw. When I was a child I had a left lateral incisor missing and the orhtodontist closed the gap. The problem is now my midline is off center. I was wondering if I could undo what the orthodontist did with invisalign, meaning could it push my left-sided molars backwards so I could have space for a dental implant (fake left lateral incisor)? I am 26 years old, and I want to wear braces. I try to enroll a dental insurance to save money but failed to find one that covers orthodontics for adults of my age. Can anyone give me any recommendation for the dental insurance? Many many thanks. I want to get Invisalign. I am willing to spend a little more to get a good orthodontist. How can I go about finding a good one? I currently have MetLife Dental which does not inlcude orthodontist coverage. I went to an orthodonitst and was advised to get invisalign to keep my teeth from gapping. Two years ago, I had molding applied to my two front teeth to close the gap and it worked and was wonderful. However, my teeth are gapping apart again. The orthodontist stated that Invisalign is the best alternative to permanently close and stop the gapping because my teeth are very straight and do not have an overbite. I want to get rid of braces metal braces and get invisalign. I want to know if it would cost extra to switch because I don’t even want to bring it up with my parents if it does because they’ll say I ask for to much. I kind of agree with them but I still don’t want to hear them tell me that. My orthodontist is qualified to do the invisalign, I’ve had my braces for about 7 months now. So would it cost extra if so how much more? Go to Jacobson Orthodontic Associates.. I went to a dentist to put braces on my teeth. They asked me to pay about 3000 dollars. It was expensive. So, I want to get a dental insurance for my braces… Can you help me? I live in Texas by the way. |
