3 Orthodontics; 3 Different Recommendations; Who To Believe?

1st one (just got out of school) said to pull 2 upper pre-molars; 2nd one (years of exp.) said to pull 2 upper and 2 lower pre-molars; third one said extraction likely but couldn’t make a diagnosis until seeing all the x-rays, impressions and photos (wanted to make sure no jaw problems too). The 3rd one also pointed out my grinding problem.
I have over an overbite with 2 bunny teeth on top; Lower teeth are also crowded and sort contours upward in the middle forming a “ridge” with recession (from brushing too hard?). Am I a difficult case?
(This is a followup of my last question.)

I would say the 3rd, who wants to wait for x-rays, impressions, and photos.

I would go with the 3rd one. The orthodontist is just trying to gather all the information. It is like writing a paper on some foreign subject that you know nothing about. You would do the research first before writing the paper.
