Are Mid To High B Averages As 6 Week Grades In High School Suitable For Decent Colleges?

I realize those type of grades are definitely not ivy-league material but are they suitable for a decent college? Are they decent enough to get into a college if I want to pursue a career in computer engineering or orthodontics?
