Can I Use My Orthoclear Aligners As Bleaching Trays?

Anyone who has used Orthoclear or Invisalign, I would like to know if I can use OTC bleaching gels in my aligners? Would a dentist or orthodontist recommend this?

Yup. I tell all my Invisalign patients this. You can get some bleaching stuff from your dentist or buy the DenMat “refill” kit in a drugstore.
Use a minimal amount, because most of it’s going to squish out anyway. After doing it once or twice, you’ll have the idea.
