How Does Ameriplan Usa Work? I Am Needing Braces, And They Have An Orthodonic Program. Is It Worth It?

I currently have a dental plan that does not cover braces. I would like to get them before my wedding. I came across Ameriplan USA on the Internet. It seems legit, but some of the reviews are bad. Does anyone know an insurance company that will cover orthodontics?

Im planning on getting heath insurance in a year to afford major orthodontic surgery. On their best benefits package, they say 12 month waiting period and 2,500 liftime limit of orthodontics. Now my friend said they will cover the entire 15,000 surgery. How does that work?

My son is 14 and we are having a hard time finding help getting braces for him. They are expensive and I can’t travel far to get them as I have three younger kids at home. We used to use the Shriners but it got too difficult for me to go out of state. We’re in Missouri and it’s impossible to find an orthodontist that takes medicaid. My husband makes too much to qualify for assistance (there’s a program that pays for care and medicaid pays them back) but with a family of 6 and bills, we don’t have the money to pay cash. I’d like to know of a dental insurance company or something we could look into. He really needs this done for bone grafting.

my family have a “MANAGED CARE PLANS”
My father’s work place has given him a dental insurance for 30 dollars per month for my entire family.
I went to the insurance website it says orthodontics 1250 co pay. I am sure the treatment is for 3 years. If my father cancels dental insurance or my father moves to an another job place what happens to my orthodontics treatment does it affects my treatment or do I have to pay any extra?????

Question About Insurance Covering Dental Procedures? Please Answer!!?

My insurance covered my orthodontics as a teen.
They covered all routine dental work.
They covered a procedure in which I had a baby tooth pulled, because there was no adult tooth underneath.
They paid for the retainer that I had to wear in order to prepare my mouth for the eventual ‘fake tooth’ that would be installed in the ‘hole’.
They now say that they will not pay for the procedure in which the fake tooth will actually *be* installed, nor for any related lab tests and referrals, calling it a ‘cosmetic procedure’.
What the h*ll!!
If this is cosmetic, then what, exactly is orthodontics defined as?
And how about the pulling of the tooth in the first place?
Why will they not pay for the final result?
(any answer appreciated, since I now have a big hole in my mouth, and can’t afford the several-thousand dollars to fix this!)

I have been researching this all over the web and can’t get a concrete estimate. I have been told around 5000, but I need to know for sure so I can know if I can afford to get a loan. I can’t seem to find an insurance policy that includes orthodontics and all oral surgeries are excluded on the policies. I know the braces will cost 5000. I can get assistance from the hospital to cover their costs, but still need to pay the surgeon and anesthesiologist.

Ive been wanting to get braces for years. Ive looked into Apple Ortho and private Orthodontics. Is it better to go to Apple a place that is well known, or to a private ortho? Does anybody have any bad experiences with Apple or Monarch Dental? I have insurance but it does not cover orthodontics because it is considered “cosmetic”.
