Composite Bonding Vs Invisalign?

I went to the dentist today for a consulation, my intentions were to get composite bonding for a few spaces in my front teeth, but my dentist referred me to a orthodontist and said a better option for me was to get invisalign, because I have a slight overbite and I would have a perfect smile for a lifetime instead of spending thousands of dollars every 5-7 yrs for bonding. I have researched invisalign and I really don’t want to wait 18 months to see an improvement in my smile. The disadvantages like having a lisp for a few weeks, discomfort, not being able to chew gum and having to avoid certain foods are just too unbearable. What do you think the best choice is?

i went to the dentist about a week ago and i asked about invisalign and he told me that i would have to stay commited to it because i dont really have to have braces or anything and i would have to wear them for 20 hours every day! they do give good results but u would have to wear them for a long time! hope this helps!

THE BEST CHOICE W/ALL HE OPTIONS IS TRADITIONAL BRACES. THE COST IS A LOT LESS THAN INVISALIGN AND YOU CAN EAT WITH THIS.
INVISALIGN MAY TAKE 6-8 MONTHS AND NOT AS LONG AS YOU IMAGINE. BRACES NOT BONDING WHICH MAY NEED REDOING EVERY FEW YEARS.
