Yes, it is possible for the patients to be either slightly younger or older, but 75% or so of patient will be in the very early teen years. There are several reasons for this. Probably the most impactful reason would be the fact that this age range is most conducive for a successful outcome with the treatment. When the patient is younger, the fact that the jaw has not fully developed may weigh into the issues surrounding the ability to effectively employ orthodontics work such as that performed by Dr Bryan Altshuller and other fine orthodontists.
