Get Anbesol for oral pain. You put it on topically. It’s an antiseptic & anesthetic. It really helps with pain.
For regular pain I take Tylenol Extra Strength Rapid Release Gelcaps…take 2.
Maybe you can call DDS & ask about tips for taking trays out…or try tweezers or miniature screw driver.
    Good luck

It’s called T3 with CODINE .aHHH the good old days of dental work. but of course you have to have prescription fromthe doc for it. call dentist back and plead for t3 today. otherwise, maybe ice packs and only eat liquids thru a straw so you don’t have to poss. take them out to eat.
    hope you feel better soon

I have had braces too. It is a good idea to take Ibuprofen or Motrin like you have. My orthodonist recommended Tylenol. After a week, your mouth should feel good.
