Unfortunately, the only way the orthodontists will change treatment like that is to take the braces off and then charge you a second time for the Invisilign.
There are a lot of things they do not tell you about Invisilign as well. Sometimes they need to glue some 'globs' of glue to the front of your teeth so that when you put the trays in, they will lock into place... (for some extra force). Also, if you have any type of crowning, they sand down the teeth some to make them fit. This is not something that can be reversed. Invisilign also just straightens your teeth. They do not help with your bite, (which can lead to more problems later on in life if not fixed properly).
You have already got a lot of your treatment out of the way with the regular braces, I would just say to stick it out. People won't remember a lot of times that you even have braces. I see it in my office a lot.
Im not really sure if you or your family would want to pay that extra fee to change your treatment. Sorry about all that!!! But I am sure you will be ok, and like I said, a lot of people are pretty oblivious to those with braces! If they even give you a hard time, don't worry, you'll be the one with perfect teeth in the end!!! :)
Good luck to you!!!
