It fits fine but I'm worried about my lower shifting. The crack is from the bottom to the top on the front side but not on the inside. should i be worried? I'm going through Invisalign now too and had the same problem. On my lower aligner, there's a small crack. The aligner still fits well but didn't seem quite as snug. That might be because my teeth have adjusted and are used to this aligner by now. I was a little worried so I went in for the ortho to check it out. She said that as long as it still fits well, they'll want you to wear it as long as possible because it's still doing it's job. When I take it out, it still pops off so she said that it's still effective. If it does eventually break, you can move to the next aligner a little early if you have to and just wear that a little longer. I’m no orthodontist but I think I can answer this.
