It varies with each person 'cause my brothers gave him trouble for a week or so as did my roommate's. You will probably be fine for Vegas. And i know you don't want to hear it, but why waste time fixing your teeth when the cigs are going to ruin them in the long run!? Cigs are bad and gross!
