Is Invisalign Express For Me?

obviously you guys don’t know exactly what my teeth look like, but I’m just trying to get a general opinion out there. when I went to the orthodontist he said that I’d only need the traditional braces for 12 months or less. he never mentioned invisalign [maybe he doesn't do invisalign]. my teeth look pretty good..I have a small gap between my two front teeth, I think I have a small crossbite, and on my left side, the tooth right next to my front tooth is pushed back a little. does anyone know from experience or knowledge if I could be a candidate for express invisalign? I’m just interested in the express..if this isn’t for me then I’ll go for the traditional once I save up a litte. when I call another orthodontist, I don’t want to sound completely foolish if it seems like there’s no chance express could work for me. thankss

  I doubt it invisalign express would work for you. Usually invisalign express only works for people with slight front teeth problems. If you have a crossbite or overbite, metal braces would be a better choice. I’m getting invisalign express this week, but my ortho said my bite is perfect and only my front teeth is messed up. But if I were you, I’d ask him anyway. I’m sure you wouldn’t sound foolish, as any reputable ortho gets all sorts of questions all the time.
