Me and my mom went to the nearest Orthodontist and they said the price was about 4600$(No Taxes, No Interest, and this included X Rays and Retainers) that is before Insurance,
And i live in Canada, should i go around look for better or cheaper Orthodontist?
And he kept telling us how hes a professor himself at the local university teaching Orthodontics, and hes been in the profession for about 20 years.
Yeah just some opinions please.

that sounds pretty standard
mine were $5,000.00 (in australia) so you’re getting a pretty good deal by the sound of it, especially if he’s as qualified as he says.
I got braces back almost 20 years ago and at that time they were close to $3000. So I’d say $4600 is about right for inflation over 20 years time.
i would say thats a good price. mine were like 8,000 dollars and the more expierience he has the better
it matters how many yrs ur gonna have them ima have mine(got them today) 4 a yr and 1/2
&& its $3200 after insurance so b4 insurance bout $4200

I am also in canada and my Braces cost me $7000 so i think your getting a pretty good deal. Braces are usually around $5000-$6000. But i get mine off next week!
It’s actually a very great price for getting braces, and I’m not sure you are going to find much of a better deal. My braces are about 4500 to 5000 dollars, so it falls right into the range. If you get any cheaper, it might not be the best job you can get. Good luck, and I hope this helps!
