		<description>Spring retainers are a good option if you only have a couple of teeth out of alignment and there is enough room for movement to occur. The basic principal is that a spring is placed to the rear of each tooth that needs attention and pushes it back into alignment over time and with tightening of the spring. Time and a dentists opinion will judge how long you need to wear the retainer.</description>

		<description>I have never heard of this, but I would recommend you see an orthodontist.  It doesn&#039;t hurt to have a second opinion. Many orthodontists offer a free consultation.  Good luck!!!</description>
