My teeth are really tight in them because they’ve moved a little bit, not much though. what happened was, I started noticing that I was getting this tiny bit of a gap in between my front teeth so i thought if I started using my retainer again all the time my teeth would move back (it’s an invisalign thing thats molded)… anyways, I hate taking it out now to eat and stuff because it hurts since my teeth are moving back in place, but I was wondering how long will it take to actually move back so that I can just wear it at night?
and by the way, lesson learned: listen to your orthodontist.

This happened to my last tray towards the end and it was fine, but I just started this one on Sunday and I feel a small crack. Its in between two teeth and not all the way through, as the tray is still in one piece and seems to be working fine. Since I replace trays every two weeks, do I need to do anything since its not major and doesn’t seem to be affecting anything?
Also, I had lingual attachments added yesterday and two came off. I’ll probably get them replaced next week, but how much would it affect me if I didn’t get them replaced till my appointment next month? They were on my pre-molars I think on one side?? All other attachments are fine, my teeth are very sore so I know its working. Any orthodontists with an opinion?
