The trip will be about 6-8 hours on a water release date. My orthodontist said I could not wear them in the ocean incase they fall out. Should I not wear them and risk my teeth moving back, or wear them and risk losing the aligners? I don’t think they will fall out because I have to like rip my teeeth off to get them off, but in the off case they do…….what should I do?
