No big deal. It's called a "midline shift" or "midline deviation" of however many millimeters it's off center. Don't worry about it. It just means it isn't perfectly lined up. It's not that big of a deal, just when you close your mouth completely, your top or bottom teeth may stick out a bit farther. I have one.
