		<description>The problem with finding a &quot;fair&quot; orthodontist is that the Invisalign company has a set fee for treatment.  The orthodontist can&#039;t request a certain number of trays, it&#039;s determined by the company.  You should try to go back to the previous orthodontist that did the original treatment. They probably still have your series of models for the Invisalign company.  From the last few models, they should be able to fabricate appliances that you would need to return the teeth to alignment.</description>
